Function Generator 1.2
Dual channel function / waveform / signal generator for the speaker/ headphone audio output. No Ads, No Permissions, No In AppPurchasing, No Limited Features. Full Version.Output is 16 bit foreach left and right channels and at 44.1kHz. Output will depend onyour device hardware. Some device hardware may may filter out theDC bias and low frequency signals. At high frequencies, thewaveforms will be distorted due to limited number of samples foreach waveform (for example at 4.41kHz, a sine waveform will beapproximated by only 10 points). Therefore this is forfun/educational use, for critical applications use a realcalibrated function generator.Left and Right audio channels can beassigned to either channel 1 or channel 2.Sine, Square &Triangular waveforms.Frequency range from 1 mHz up to 22kHz.Amplitude as percentage 0-100%.Set duty for square waveforms orskew triangular waveforms to get saw waveforms.Offset the phase ofwaveforms.Sweep frequency or amplitude (Single, Repeat & Bouncemodes).Amplitude Modulation (AM).Frequency Modulation (FM).Burstmode for a specific number of waveforms (1-10000).White noise &pink noise Generator. Pink (1/f) noise falls of at ~3dB per octavebetween 43 Hz and 44 kHz. Harmonicity Meter 1.11
Measure the Harmonic to Noise Ratio (Harmonicity) from yourmicrophone.Harmonicity is a measure of the sound energy in theharmonics relative to the rest of the spectrum. Harmocity varieswith age, gender & which vowel you pronounce. Higherharmonicity values indicate a purer sound. Whilst lower jitter andshimmer values indicate a purer sound. This meter is supposed to beused with a continuous consistent sound, e.g. Pronoucing a vowel,or a tone from a speaker/instrument. Rapidly changing tone/soundwill give nonsensical output. FOR INDICATION ONLY. Harmonicity willvary depending on how close the source is to the microphone.Microphone sensitivity varies with frequency and from device todevice. Even amoungst scientific literature, it is difficult tofind consistency in absolute reported values. Jitter is a measureof the frequency variation of the sound. The relative jitter isshown as a %.Shimmer is a measure of the amplitude variation of thesound. The relative shimmer is shown as a %.Autodetects sound – Appwill only start measuring when a sound is detected.Averaging -After 0.7s, the app will start averaging the Harmonicity, Jitter,Shimmer and freqency values. This will continue until the sound isstopped at which point the last 0.7s of data is removed from theaveraged values.Musical Note – The current detected frequency isconverted into a note based on western 12 tone equal temperament.Use to tune your guitar or other instrument if you wish.Pausebutton – Useful if in a noisy environment and measurement doesn'tauto stop.FFT Spectrum – Autoscaling Sound Intensity between 0 and2 kHz.Range: 100 Hz to 2 kHz fundamental harmonic frequencydetection.Internet Permission is for link to website with moreinfo/user guide for app.Technical bit:The fast fourier transform(size 8192) is performed on the last 0.74s of data to produce afrequency spectrum (0 to 5.5 kHz with 1.35Hz resolution). Thisfrequency spectrum is windowed between 100 and 4 kHz with linearfall offs to zero at 50 and 5 kHz. The fundamental frequency isdetermined from polynomial fitting to peaks. The harmonic energy isdetermined from the sum of the FFT signal at the harmonicfreuquency plus 8 Hz either side. The noise is the sum of the restof the FFT. The ratio of harmonic to noise energy is the Harmoicityand is displayed in decibels.More technical details can be found onthe website.

Uses the Magnetic Field Sensor to convert your device into aCompass. Does not need to be level. Magnetic North and True NorthNeedles. Free & No Ads.Location is required to determine themagnetic declination - the difference between magnetic north andtrue north (Hence the ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION Permission). IfGPS/Network location is not available or turned off, then thelocation can still be entered manually.Normally a compass needs tobe level to get the correct reading, but this app uses theaccelerometer reading to convert the magnetic field reading back tothe horizontal plane. If you would prefer it to act like a realcompass (which requires being level for a correct reading), inSettings > Mag North, select the magnetic north to point to themaximum field in the plane of the device. Also:• Bull's eye Bubblein Compass to show how level it is.• Roll and Pitch Gauges.•Calibrate Bubble Level Option.• Heading in Azimuth or QuadrantNotation.• Magnetic Field Strength and Inclination.• Rotatable dialwith orienting lines.• GPS/Network Location – Latitude, Longitudeand Elevation (GPS can consume a lot of battery, therefore it isonly measured continually when the location display is shown.Otherwise just one reading is taken from which the magneticdeclination is determined).Your device must have a Magnetic FieldSensor for this app to work. Magnetic field direction can beaffected by nearby ferromagnetic material - Therefore move into aclear area and remove any metallic casing that might interfere withthe sensor. Some sensors can become magnetized or gain an offsetresulting in false readings – rotating the device around each ofthe three axis can sometimes help. Results depend on quality ofmagnetic sensor, so use for indication only.

Measures displacement by double integrating the acceleration fromyour device's linear acceleration sensor.Any drift or error in theaccelerometer and/or other sensor readings is quickly magnified inthe double integral, such that even a stationary device willquickly show displacement readings going wild. Therefore this Appis for measuring alternating displacements. i.e we apply a driftreduction algorithm to remove any DC component and then measure theAC displacement by means of a Root Mean Square (RMS) value, orperform a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to obtain the frequencyspectrum.• Gauge to show the RMS displacement in the X,Y or Zdirections, or its magnitude. • RMS graph to show the gaugereadings over time.• Lower display shows time series data or a FFTfrom it. • Peak indicators for the frequency spectrum.• Save graphdata to file.• Units of cm, mm, m, inches or feet.An example: Movethe device in a circle along two of its axis. You should see twosinusoidal traces 90 degrees out of phase in the time series graph, determine the rotation frequency in the frequency spectrum andobtain an estimate of the diameter of the circle from the gauge orits corresponding graph (when set to peak to peak mode insettings).Linear acceleration sensors will vary in sampling speed, resolution and accuracy from one device to the next. For indicationonly.
Camera RGB Color Picker 1.00
Pick, tweak and store RGB colors grabbed from the camera preview.•Hexadecimal RGB color code.• Store up to 250 colors.• Suggestsnearest of 138 html named colors.• Copy color values to clipboard.•Pause image and move target cursor.• Setting for using volumebuttons to grab and store colors.• Turn camera flashlight on oroff. Zoom camera in/out.Note that the camera and screen of yourdevice might not measure or represent color accurately, thereforefor Indication Only.
Draw A Balance Labyrinth 1.00
This app allows you to design your own balance game consisting ofballs, obstacles and holes. The aim is to roll the ball(s) into thedesignated target hole(s) by carefully balancing and tilting yourdevice. To design your game, you need some pens and paper. Draw yourobstacles, holes and starting locations for the balls onto thepaper before grabbing the image with the camera. The app will tryto convert the captured image into a game. There is also an editmode, for when the image capture doesn't quite go right. In thismode, move holes, balls and targets about, erase or add newobstacles. Alternatively, use the edit mode to design the gameinstead.Challenge friends and family to complete your game design.Develop your game design skills.
Tabata Timer 1.0
Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT). Bydefault one Tabata workout comprises a 4 minute workout, dividedinto 8 rounds. Each round comprises a 20 second work period ofphysical exercise followed by a 10 second rest. Adjustable Tabatatimes (0-9999 seconds for each stage). Adjust number of rounds (0to 500). Round progress is indicated by the smaller circles aroundthe timer ring.• Prepare and cool down stages. • Rename Tabata andany of its first 30 rounds.• Modify timings and names for 10different Tabatas.• Choose form various sound and vibrate optionsfor each stage.• Pre-beep or vibrate countdown to next stage.
Camera Color Counter 1.00
A counter based on the measured color from the camera previewimage.A blue box indicating the target area is shown on the cameraimage. The target area is analysed and the average colour then usedfor counting. Measures RGB (Red, Green, Blue) and then calculatesHSL (Hue Saturation, Lightness) and YUV (Luminance andChrominance). Also includes an indicator of the color uniformity inthe analysed area.Up to 100 counters can be set with differenttrigger options. Either count when a certain colour is detected(defined by a range in HSL), or when a value such as the red, greenor blue component passes a set level. There are three main modes;Edit (edit counters), Plot (plot measured data) and List(scrollable list of counters).• Use front or back camera. Zoom inor out and lock focus or exposure. Turn camera flashlight on ifavailable.• Graph of values over time. Hue-Saturation diagram.Triggered counts indicated with red circles.• Vibrate or Soundeffects on button presses and/or count events.• Pause button topause measurement, and measure button to take measurements one at atime.• Hexadecimal RGB colour code shown in plot mode.Note that thecamera and screen of your device might not measure or representcolor accurately, therefore app is for indication only.
